Many of my clients asked me what to do when they eat. Well, I have five great tips that will allow on-site and have a lot of different foods with some big, delicious flavors are available. And best of all, it’s healthy.

Tip 1: Plan ahead. One of the worst things you can do when you can eat away is to take a quick decision. You are then left with only what you see around you as your choice. A really great restaurant with a very healthy food could be the same corner, but if you do not see it, you’ll never know it’s there. Remember, fast food restaurants are often visible in places, while leaving healthy restaurants are located in the small hidden corner.

Tip 2: Take time for leisure, sit-down menu. Fast food and rushed eating you will not allow them to be healthy. Eating too fast can you cramps, diarrhea, and all sorts of bad bowel problems. And besides, if you eat too fast, you will never enjoy your meal. If you are with others, love to talk while you eat. It will definitely slow you down and you get some great bonding time.

Tip 3: Use Method quarter of a quarter. Choose your meals so that half of your plate filled with vegetables, one quarter is filled with high quality meat and the last quarter is a whole grain bread or a sound like a sweet potato starch. This is the recipe for the meal, I eat.

Tip 4: Keep your meat content of less than 4 ounces. It’s true, you cross the 2 pounds steak. That is, unless you plan to eat up to 4 pounds of vegetables. Most people do not digest meat properly, because they eat too much of it. 4 ounces is a good healthy portion. Choose quality over quantity.

Tip 5: get dessert. I mean people fruit, not the half-pound tub of cookie cream or ice. More restaurants serve fruit and yogurt desserts, as they try to appeal to health-conscious nation. Seasonal fruit and yogurt is a delicious combination of cold, which can be combined with nuts, seeds and even some chocolate chips are enough to create a delicious dessert that is healthy, nutritious and can be the perfect ending to a good diet to be.
